In the Hotel Armstrong you can come down to breakfast and enjoy the delicious buffet which we prepare for you every day between 7 am and 10 am. The breakfast room is a large airy room decorated in pastel colours and there is pleasant background music playing for your entertainment. The buffet itself is plentiful and varied: there is something for every taste and you can help yourself to as much as you like: you will particularly appreciate the delicious butter croissants which go so well with a cup of quality Lavazza coffee.
The assortment of crusty rolls is just wonderful and when you spread them with some lovely French butter and a tasty jam, you’ll really be setting yourself up well for the day. If you prefer something more savoury then our pâté will suit you or why not enjoy the protein of an egg. If you fancy a yoghourt, then you have a good choice of flavoured or plain and you can add these to a cereal, or if you prefer then why not have some fruit cocktail? One thing is for sure, you won’t leave the breakfast table hungry!

Most guests really like the bar at the Hotel Armstrong in Paris. It is situated on the basement level and is decorated in wooden panels and it is small and cosy. This is one of the main meeting points in the Hotel Armstrong: a chance to meet up with those you are travelling with or you can make new friends. This bar is private which means that it remains open all the time. It is quite informal and we serve most drinks including beers, wines, soft drinks, stronger alcohol and champagne.
This is a chance for you to find out about different drinks available in France: try a kir with white wine and crème de cassis liqueur. Or see whether you can tell the difference between a Pastis 51 and a Ricard – two aniseed aperitif drinks from the south of France. Or finish off the evening with a digestif like a Cognac or an Armagnac. Beers and soft drinks are for sale for 3 euros each and stronger drinks are 4-5 euros. This makes the bar a relatively cheap place to drink at when you compare with some of the more touristic bars in the city. Enjoy !

The Hotel Armstrong in Paris is only a two star hotel but it provides many services including a sauna. If you want to relax at the end of the day the sauna is available for 10 euros for an hour. It is a private sauna and there is a place to change and also a shower. Towels are provided and if you want to exercise there is a bicycle that you can work out on.
Other services in the Hotel Armstrong include a bar, a pool table, an internet café, wireless internet and a car park. Free tea and coffee are available from midday onwards and the hotel serves a buffet breakfast every morning from 7 until 10.

When looking for a hotel in Paris most people have to make a decision based on budget. The good news is that the metro station Porte de Montreuil is just two minutes by foot and the trains take you directly to all the major attractions in Paris. The average metro ride is 30 minutes and as there are trains every 3 minutes it doesn’t take you long to get to the places you want to see.
